Ah…what a clever idea for making a super adorable, super delicious Springtime craft! You’ve all probably heard of “Worms ‘N Dirt” – that fun ice cream sunday that uses cookie or cake crumbles and store-bought gummy worms. This sweet little “garden”  from Living Locurto takes inspiration from the same idea.

Using a basic chocolate cake mix (which gets crumbled to look like dirt,) Chocolate Frosting (for stability and delicious-ness,) Orange colored Starburst candy (for the carrots!) and Terra Cotta pots, you can make these yourself!

Wouldn’t little handmade garden markers stuck in the dirt make the perfect place cards for your lovely spring table scape or kids party? Punch out shapes from pretty cardstock and hot glue them to metallic-look plastic spoons – shows your guests where to sit and welcomes them to eat dessert first!
